PICK UP LOCATION

Kailua Kona Pier large Banyan tree near the Kailua Kona Pier. When you get off the ship tender, please proceed toward the street. Pass the security gate to the pier and go to the large Banyan Tree. Look for guide holding a sign with "C Big Island Tours" written on it. This is an approximately 1 to 2 minute walk from the cruise pier. We ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least 10 to 15 minutes before the departure time
