CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled tour/activity time will be charged full price. For Private groups or groups of 10 or more, the cancellation policy is 1 week prior to the scheduled activity.

Guests that do not show up on time to check in for their reserved tour/activity will be charged full price.

Tour minimum: If tour minimum of four passengers is not met, tour will be fully refunded or rescheduled. If bad weather causes cancelation, you will be fully refunded.

CRUISES SHIP NOTICE: If your ship is delayed we will adjust to the ships itinerary. If you cruise ship does not com into port we automatically refund all passengers.
