NOTE: The Thurston lava tube and Jaggar museum are currently closed. We have added in Liliuokalani Japanese Garden and King Kam Statue.
Easy tour - Involves walking over relatively level terrain, possible gravel or uneven ground in some areas. Comfortable walking shoes & light jacket recommended.
Passengers are welcome to stay in vehicle for any stops they do not wish to join.
Liliuokalani Japanese Garden Approx 15-20 min: Easy paths around the garden. Customers can walk as or less as they want.
King Kamehameha Statue: Drive by or 5 min stop depending on time. Easy quick stop, the vehicle pulls up nearly right to the statue.
Black Sand Beach 20-30 min: Easy walk to beach from parking lot. Beach is uneven ground (sand )
Rainbow Falls 15-20 min: Easy walk from parking place to waterfall only a few hundred feet.
Down Town Hilo: ( Drive through narration )
Lunch Stop: 30-45 min - Food type - Tropical Fusion Wiki Fresh
Macadamia Nut Farm 20 min: Customers can walk as much or less as they want. Customers can walk to see macadamia production or around fruit trees.
Orchid Flower Nursery 15-20 min: Easy walk around the nursery.
Volcanoes National Park 1-1.5hr (The following sites are located inside the National Park.)
Steam Vents: Easy
Kilauea Crater & Sulfur Banks : Moderate. Must be able to walk on dirt path for about 5 min.Other wise you can stay in the vehicle or at near by steam vents.
Kilauea Visitor Center & Exhibits: Easy
Kilauea Iki Crater look out : Easy

Cruise Ship Check in Location
The Volcanoes National Park Tour departs from the ship pier. When departing the ship you will enter a large building through double doors. Before exiting please look for your guide holding the sign “C Big Island Tours.” We ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least 10-15 minutes before the departure time listed above. This info will also be on your confirmation.
